 Credit ProgramBy Wells Fargo Financial We offer a variety of payment plans specifically designed to serve our customers needs. Regular terms @ 9.9 APR on special no interest plans, terms for 24 months and 36 months with no down payments. Layaway We offer a layaway plan that has no interest or service fees. Layaway plans require 20% down and monthly terms. The payments thereafter shall be made monthly in accordance to the terms. Alteration and adjustments, such as ring sizing, will be made at balance payoff. Expired layaways will receive an in-store credit. Refunds, Returns and Exchanges Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. All refunds must be “in new condition” and accompanied by your original receipt or a copy of it. We do not offer returns or refunds on Estate and clearance items. Refunds are subject to restocking fees if alterations have been performed and/or if the item needs polishing. Credit Cards Chavez Fine Jewelers accepts all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. |
